中国石化集团公司巴陵石化有限责任公司。
二、项目建设规模及产品方案：
在原有2.5万吨/年环氧树脂基础上，增加2.5万吨 /
年特种环氧树脂的生产能力，其中包括1.0万吨 /
年溴化环氧树脂装置、0.5万吨 / 年电工专用环氧树脂SF6装置、0.5万吨
/ 年邻甲酚醛环氧树脂装置，0.5万吨 / 年浇注环氧树脂装置。
三、投资估算：
本项目总投资约19641万元（2372万美元）。
四、经济效益预测：
新增年销售收入党500万元，新增年利润5308万元，财务内部收益23.5%（所得税后）。
五、前期工作：
岳化自行开发的邻甲酚醛、SF6电工专用和溴化环氧树脂已完成了中试，产品质量指标达到了进口产品水平，已经具备了批量生产的条件；2001年已在3000t
/ a树脂装置上批量生产了溴化环氧树脂等。

II. Describing of the Project:
Based on 25000 t/y epoxy resin, this
company intends to enlarge its working
capacity for another 25000 t/y of
special epoxy resin, including
facilities for 10000 t/y of epoxy
resin bromide ,equipment for 5000 t/y
of ortho – cresol baldheaded epoxy
resin and equipment for 5000 t/y of
molded epoxy resin.
III. Estimated Investment:
The total investment will be about
RMB 196.41 million Yuan ( US $ 23.72
million ).
IV. Forecast of Economic Benefit:
The middle – sized trial has been
made for ortho – cresol baldheaded
epoxy resin, SF6 epoxy resin special
for electrician and epoxy resin
bromide. These products were exploited
by Yueyang Chemical Industry Factory
itself. The quality of the products
has reached the world quality levels,
and the company is qualified to
produce them in quantities. The
product epoxy resin bromide had been
produced in quantities in 2001, by
using the old equipment for 3000t/y
ordinary epoxy resin.
