三聚氰胺基阻燃剂（MBFR）系列产品生产装置，其中包括MCA3000t/a、MPP3000t/a、季戊四醇磷酸酯（PEPA）、5000t/a
聚烯烃用阻燃剂（IFR）四套装置。
三、投资估算：
项目总投资约23000万元（278万美元）。
四、经济效益分析：
2000年全球MBFR产品产量为12万吨 /
年，预计到2005年产量将达到20万吨 / 年，市场供不应求。
项目建成投产后，年均销售收入16550万元，利润总额3512万元（所得税后），财务内部收益率112.4%，投资回收期1.84年。

II. Describing of the Project:
This company plans to set up a
complete set of equipment for melamine
base flame – retarded resin (MBFR)
series, including equipment for
MCA3000t/y, MPP3000t/y,
pentaerythritol phosphate (PEPA),
5000t/y polyolefin flame – retarded (IFR)
four sets of equipment.
III. Estimated Investment:
The total investment will be about
RMB 23 million Yuan (US $ 2.78
million).
IV. Forecast of Economic Benefit:
By the end of 2000, the world output
of MBFR products was 120000t/y, It is
forecasted that the output of MBFR
products will be 200000t/y by 2005.
The products can not satisfy the
market’s demands.
When the project is put into
operation, the annual sales income
will be 165.5 million Yuan, the annual
profit will be 35.12 million Yuan
(after income tax ), and the internal
income rate is 112.4%. It is expected
to take back the investment within
1.84 years.
