本项目年产高浓度三元复合肥20万吨,副产氯化铵2.8万吨。低温料浆法生产S
– NPK
是以氯化钾为原料生产低氯钾肥,即氯化钾和浓硫酸在较低的温度下反应制取硫酸氢钾溶液,再与衡磷酸混合后进行氨化中和,料浆直接去喷浆造粒干燥制得硫酸钾型氮磷钾三元复合肥。该生产方法将氯化钾转化和磷酸生产及磷铵生产有机的结合起来,技术先进、工艺流程短、投资少、节能、产品成本低,有较强的市场竞争能力。
三、投资估算:
项目建设投资估算额为1200万美元,拟利用外资500万美元。
四、经济效益预测:
项目达产后,年销售收入32736万元,年平均利锐为6198万元。投资利润率(平均年)43.8%,投资回收期(含建设期)(所得税前)3.3年.

II. Describing of the Project:
This project intends to produce
200000 tons of high – density compound
fertilizer, 28000 tons of by –
products named ammonium chloride. S –
NPK means to make low potassium
chloride from potassium chloride, that
is to react potassium chloride and oil
of vitriol in lower temperature for
potassium acid sulfate solution. After
mixing it with weak solution of
orthophosphoric acid, then do animate
neutralization. Form material palms,
spray grains, we get potassium sulfate
type nitrogen, phosphor, and potassium
compound fertilizer. Adopting this
method to produce sulfur compound
fertilizer, we think that the
technology is advanced, and the
process flow is short. It is a project
of less investment, energy saving,
less cost with strong ability to win
the market.
III. Estimated Investment:
The estimated Investment for the
project is US $ 12 million, and this
company intends to absorb US $ 5
million of foreign capital.
IV. Forecast of Economic Benefit:
When the project is put into effect,
the annual sales income will be RMB
61.98 million Yuan, the investment
profit rate will be (average
annually)43.8%.The total investment is
expected to take back within 3.3 years
(including the time of construction,
before income tax).
