20万吨/年硫化氢和硫磺联合制硫酸装置

一、项目承办单位：

二、项目建设内容及引进内容：
该项目采用南化集团公司研究院开发的专有技术，主要包括硫化氢燃烧工序、硫磺燃烧工序、转化工序、干吸工序等。新建仓库1008m2。消防、维修、分析、化验等生产辅助系统利用原有设施。
本项目为合资建设项目，主要引进资金，利用合成气经甲醇洗涤后所排放的尾气中的硫化氢酸性气体和硫磺联合制取高浓度硫酸，与煤代油工程配套建设20万吨
/ 年硫酸装置。
三、投资估算：
项目建设投资估算额为7689万元（914万美元）。
四、经济效益预测：
本项目建成后，每年生产发烟硫酸（含8%SO3）16.9
万吨，生产98%浓硫酸5万吨。年销售收入9239万元，税后利润率51.98%，投资回收期4.44年（税后）。

II. Describing of the project:
This company intends to adopt
special technology developed by China
South Chemical Industry Group, Mainly
including sulfured hydrogen burning
procedure, sulfur burning procedure,
sulfur transforming procedure, sulfur
dry absorbing procedure, and so on.
This project requires to be built a
1008 square meters of new warehouse.
Fire fighting, maintaining, analysis,
testing and so on, will be arranged in
the inherent workshops and facilities.
This is an equity joint project,
mainly introduce foreign fund to
produce vitriol from sulfured hydrogen
and sulfur by using trail gas let out
from the engineering of coal instead
of oil. The annual output will be
200000 tons of vitriol.
III. Estimated Investment:
The estimated Investment for the
project is RMB 76.89 million Yuan (US
$ 9.14 million).
IV. Forecast of Economic Benefit:
When the project is put into effect,
169000 tons of ileum (8% SO3) and
50000 tons of oil of vitriol (98%
SO3). The annual sales income will be
RMB 92.39 million Yuan, The investment
profit rate after tax will be 51.98%.
The total investment is expected to be
taken back within about 4.44 years
after tax.
