一、项目承办单位简介：
长江动力机械厂始建于1966年，1991年整体搬迁至岳阳市。新厂建设总投资为1.3亿元，占地面积27万多平方米，1997年投资2000多万元新建了一条年产60万套小型汽油机曲轴连杆生产线，工厂现在固定资产1.6亿元，流动资金近5000万元，且拥有自营进出口权。位于经济技术开发区，交通四通八达。
二、 项目建设内容与规模：
年产FC90水上动力装置5000台，FC60水摩托2000台。
三、投资估算：
项目总投资8000万元（970万美元），其中建设投资4800万元，生产用流动资金3200万元。
四、经济效益预测：
三年内达到规模产量，达产后，年销售收入近25000万元，年利润5000万元，投资利润率81.25%，
投资利税率91.2%，税后投资回收期2.64年。

Developing of Power Series Products
on Water
I. General Information on the
Enterprise:
Established in 1966, Changjiang
Power Machinery Factory moved to
Yueyang in 1991. The total investment
of construction for new factory was
RMB130 million Yuan, which covers an
area of more than 270,000 square
meters. In 1997, they invested more
than 20 million Yuan to newly build a
production line for 600,000 sets/y
small – sized gasoline engine
crankshaft connecting rod. Now the
factory possesses RMB 160 million Yuan
of circulating capital, and owns I/E
right. Located in economic & technical
development, traffic radiates in all
directions.
II. Content of Construction and its
Scale:
The annual production output is 5000
sets FC90 motive device on water, and
2000 sets FC60 motorcycle on water.
III. Investment Estimation:
Total investment: RMB 80 million
Yuan (USD 9.7 million), among which,
RMB 48 million Yuan for construction
and RMB 32 million for floating
capital.
IV. Estimate of Economic Benefit:
When the project is put into use
within 3 years, the annual sale income
will be RMB 250 mil. Yuan. The annual
profits will be RMB 50 million Yuan.
The profit rate of investment is
81.25%, and the profit and tax rate of
investment is 91.2%. The recovery time
of investment after tax will be 2.64
years.

The feasibility study report has
